Munchies meet healthy foodporn, I like to think the title says it all.


This ebook is my baby, creating it gave me direction. Today marks a year since I started blogging on Instagram, then I moved onto Youtube and the rest. When I started, I knew I loved food and it was about sharing food experiences but I quickly learned that that was a hobby and it wasn’t going to pay my bills.

At that time I had a goal and didn’t know how to achieve it but like I always say in my Instagram live videos and to my coaching clients, nothing happens overnight, If you have a vision, make it clear and make small adjustments because sometimes you can’t bite what you cant chew really, so I started with no clear vision but I had an idea and slowly by slowly it came to me.

I have struggled with being overweight for such a long time, tried a million diets and pills that worked but I almost immediately gained the weight back. I was frustrated, lacked confidence and unhappy. I knew I had to change my habits but before that, I had to asses myself and learn about who I am.

After so many years of dieting, binge eating, calorie counting, etc, I just decided to stop and listen to my body. I did a lot of research on whole foods, started trying out new things with these whole foods. I love to eat, and I love good food so creating munchies meet healthy food porn was a result of not wanting to follow yoyo diets anymore so I cleaned up my act and then I managed to lose weight and keep it off.

This also helped me find my WHY, the reason why I do what I do for a living. I am a weight loss and wellness coach and help people lose weight and learn what causes them to overeat or abuse food. So many of my clients just want to lose weight and forget that is not reason enough they need to find a WHY and get deep down in their feelings and this helps the weight loss process get easier.
